Robot Brief

Promobot V.4 is an autonomous service robot designed for business and public interaction, capable of communicating with people, navigating autonomously, and integrating with third-party software systems. It features a humanoid form with a height ranging from approximately 1.49 m to 2.06 m depending on torso extension, and weighs up to 130 kg. The robot is equipped with dual manipulators (arms) with 6 to 7 degrees of freedom, a rotating head and torso, and a 10.1-inch touchscreen for interactive information display. Promobot V.4 includes advanced face recognition cameras, omnidirectional microphone arrays, speakers, and a 3D sensor for environment perception and obstacle avoidance. It supports document scanning, e-queue management, payment processing, and can print photos, receipts, and guest passes. The robot autonomously searches for and docks with its charging station, enabling up to 8 hours of continuous operation. Promobot V.4 is widely used as a consultant, promoter, administrative assistant, and guide in hotels, banks, clinics, museums, business centers, and events, enhancing customer engagement and automating routine tasks.

Use Cases

Promobot V.4 autonomously interacts with people by recognizing faces, answering questions, and chatting on various topics. It navigates public spaces safely by avoiding obstacles and can integrate with external systems to manage queues, scan and auto-complete documents, issue keycards, accept payments, and print documents. It serves as a receptionist, tour guide, promoter, and administrative assistant, improving service efficiency and customer experience.
